Sleep Inn & Suites Bay View Acme - Traverse City

The location is perfect for a short stay or a lakeside vacation. Close to the beach, mountain side trails, and amenities - Meijer, Gas station etc. Location is 14m to Downtown Traverse City - lots of fun spots, restaurants, shopping, catching the sunset over East Traverse Bay !!! The rooms are super clean. The front desk associate Alex was super helpful & lovely to chat with. When we mentioned an issue with the hot water she went out of her way to locate the maintenance man and send him over - only for us to find out we weren’t setting the temperature dial correctly 🤦🏻‍♀️ The guest Laundry was very clean. The hot breakfast offered a great selection of- sausage gravy & biscuits, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, a selection of breads - sliced, English muffins, Bagels, cereal, milk, cream cheese, yogurt, coffee, juices, fresh fruit. The attendant, Steve, kept the area super clean constantly cleaning tables, replenishing food. And welcoming the guests and checking on them. Can’t say enough about the hospitality. We will certainly be returning here !

Friendly staff, good breakfast, coffee available 247, comfortable rooms, beautiful views of the sunset over the water at the property, very reasonable price for a room particularly as we booked last minute during peak season. I appreciated the layout of the hotel, such that you didn’t have to walk a long way between your room and the main entrance/dining room

Our room was decent sized, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was amazing it had everything from eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal and the list goes on. The pool was warmer than most hotels, hot tub wasnhuge. I loved the fact that it was open 24/7 to adults. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My mother was in the hospital and actually died while we were there. The fact that the staff was so friendly helped ease the pain we went through of losing our mother. Thank you for that.

The room was spacious and clean. Nicely decorated and easy access. We stayed on the third floor so we were happy to see an elevator. The lobby and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to get to and conveniently located. Only about four miles to the airport. After dropping my friend off at the airport at 4:00 in the morning, I was able to get a few more hours sleep before the 11:00 check out time. We noticed that there was a coin operated laundry facility on the premises for guests, which was nice. Coffee available in lobby 24/7. I missed breakfast, but was too comfortable to get up.
